From OpenSourceProviders
[edit] January 3, 2005
Andrew asks:
When clicking on a link to edit or view a page I frequently get a popup box asking if I want to save the file (type unknown with name opensourceproviders from opensourceproviders.com) as opposed to the page opening in my browser. This is happening in both Firefox and IE under Windows XP. Do you have any idea what could be causing this intermittent fault?
I'm running into this myself, and I'm not sure what's going on. It started happening on this site soon after I posted it. I'm having to restart Apache and clear the cache in my browser to get it to work correctly--for some reason, Apache is occasionally sending the raw script source instead of running it through the PHP interpreter. Have you run across this by any chance?
I'm going to update both Apache and PHP to the latest version this afternoon--hopefully that'll take care of the problem. Especially because today it started affecting other sites on the same server.

[edit] Update
The server has now been updated to the latest Apache and PHP. Hopefully that will resolve the issues...

Most initial content for the web site written and posted. There are still graphic changes to come. Merry Christmas, everyone!
